Booking Terms

• All bookings require advance confirmation via phone or WhatsApp
• Booking confirmation is subject to date and time availability
• Advance payment may be required for booking confirmation
• Full payment details will be communicated at time of booking

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the event may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Service Delivery

• We arrive at the agreed time for decoration setup
• Setup time varies based on decoration complexity
• Client must provide necessary access to the venue
• Additional charges apply for locations outside our standard service area

Liability

S.N Decor is not liable for damage to balloons or decorations caused by external factors such as extreme weather, venue conditions, or third-party interference after installation.
